SNotes AI, by Naxo Studios, turns text, voice or images into organized tasks using AI. Your tasks are stored only on your device — there are no user accounts and we store no tasks on any server.
When you use the AI features, the content you provide (text, audio or image) is sent encrypted to our server, which forwards it to the Google Gemini API for analysis and returns the result to your device. Our server does not store this content. Google’s processing is governed by the Gemini API terms.
Permissions (microphone, camera/photos, notifications) are used only for their visible purpose and never in the background. We show no ads, the app uses no analytics or trackers, and we do not sell or share your data. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all your data. The app is not directed at children under 13. This website uses GoatCounter to count visits anonymously. It uses no cookies and does not identify you personally. It receives the page you visit, where you came from, your screen width and basic details such as browser, system and country. The SNotes AI app does not include this counter.
